Omnibus Public Land Management Act fails in house

March 13, 2009 – On March 11, 2009, the House of Representatives failed to pass S. 22, the Omnibus Public Land Management Act that would ban OHV access to over two million acres of public lands. ARRA members sent thousands of letters to the House opposing this legislation. We commend you for your hard work and dedication!

Ok need your help in passing this bill it was heard today will be voted on Friday or Monday! We are targeting 5 on this committee! You can talk to all if you would like! The first 5 are very important to the bill pass! This bill is about access to private land! This would limited the liability for land owners and clubs!
