Montana Hunters and Anglers group, aren’t actually representing Hunters or Anglers..
LoboWatch.org, our friends based in Missoula Montana, have put together a great press release (read it here) that highlights the group that has spent over $200,000 across Montana to make Congressman Rehberg’s support of H.R. 1505 look like a land grab when in essence, it is a bill that allows the Department of Homeland Security into public lands without having to pay millions of dollars towards the Forest Service or BLM in entrance fees. H.R. 1505 does disrupt future wilderness goals that some environmental organizations are collaborating to see this through by chipping away at “public use” of “public land”. Continue reading

FFOR’s main goal is to maintain access for all. By helping you understand what is prevented and what is allowed on wilderness areas allows you to understand why our organization is against the future designation of wilderness lands. For clarification, FFOR does not necessarily support each and every possible use of public land, but supports the right for communities and locals to decide what is best for their land, not bureaucrats in Washington and out-of-state environmental groups.
