Did the atuohr of the article even read the ATV Legislation for the Province?ATVs are already heavily regulated but the problem is enforcement. It’s also the actions of the few that make the whole ATV/Off Road Bike Community look bad.A few weeks ago several ATVs were caught on video by the CBC down around the Branch area, were those individuals ever caught and prosecuted?I own several off road bikes and ATVs for the past 20 years and neither myself nor my children have ever had any injuries. Iguess it’s the fact the we ride responsibly and they are heavily supervised. Some activities we decide to be involved with have more risk than others. If your not willing to take on the risk then maybe that activity is just not for you. Personally, I dont want the Government to decide what I can or can not ride. We can also walk around in bubble wrap but that won’t be much fun either.
